Colorado

In late July, the kids went out to Colorado for 5 fun filled days.  Brandon and I then joined them and we visited Grandpa and Grandma Carlson for a few more days as a family.  The cool Colorado weather was a nice change from the Missouri heat.  

We had a great time hanging out with Grandpa and Grandma, with highlights being a train ride, exploring a mine, and riding Grandpa's four-wheeler.  Connor took Brandon and I each for a ride all by himself!  It was a glimpse of things to come with me sitting in the passenger's seat while he drives us around town in a few years....gulp...

We have enjoyed our summer trips out to Colorado and are so thankful for Grandpa and Grandma's hospitality!
